The Benefit of Logging Into TeamDynamix
We recommend that you log into TeamDynamix before browsing the Knowledge Base or Service Catalog. Logging in allows you to save and view your favorite services and prevents you from having to log in later if you decide to submit a request. It also ensures that you can view all of the information to which you have access.
Everyone with an active Northeast network account can sign in to TeamDynamix.
How do I log in to TeamDynamix?
- Click on the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your Northeast username and password, if you are already logged into Office 365 (Email) it will automatically sign you in.
- Click Sign In.
Your name should now appear in the top right corner to indicate that you are now logged into TeamDynamix.
Unable to log in?
If you try to log in to TeamDynamix but get an error, please email helpdesk@northeastcollege.edu to put in a service request. In the subject add login issues.
